Doodlez appears in an interstitial format on TELETOON as two minute animated shorts. The show, produced in association with Trapeze Media of Toronto, and TELETOON Canada Inc., animated by Trapeze Animation Studios Limited of PEI, and postproduction by PowerPost Production.

The Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television recognizes outstanding achievements in indigenous programming, to heighten public awareness and increase audience appreciation of Canadian film and television productions, and to encourage the highest standards within the production and broadcast industries.

It’s absolutely fantastic!” Sylvie Belanger, Supervisor of Original Production at TELETOON states, “Doodlez has a unique way of reaching kids and grown-ups with its very own minimalist style, but yet so meaningful intentions. We're all trying hard but then life is filled with pitfalls and it feels good to be able to laugh about it. Those short stories, combined with great animation, have found the winning recipe to touch our TeleTOON audience.”

Doodlez is one of many television productions produced by Cellar Door Productions. Cellar Door is currently in development on a half hour version of the show. Doodlez is produced in participation with Telefilm Canada License Fee Program and Technology PEI.

Doodlez currently airs on TELETOON, with international sales on Nickelodeon, SVT Sweden, Comedy Network Australia, and Cartoon Network Japan and Latin America.
