Catalyst has partnered with Cellar Door to produce THE TRUE MEANING OF CRUMBFEST; a one hour Christmas special for TeleTOON, and the spin off series ECKHART. Executive Producer Kevin Gillis and Producer David Beatty have become near and dear friends and partners and we are now together working on a third season of ECKHART, bringing it to a 39 episode series. For Cellar Door Productions’ first Feature Movie, they partnered with Shaftesbury Films Inc. on the project Mrs. Ashboro’s Cat.Shaftesbury Films is a Toronto based company, which has produced seven television movies for CBC and CTV including Torso, the Evelyn Dick Story, and The Joanne Kilbourn Mysteries. In children’s programming, they have produced Screech Owls, the series and Jacob Two-Two Meets the Hooded Fang, a ninety-minute television movie.
